Hugo Florido graduated from law school in 1992. He has worked on immigration law even while in law school. After graduating from St. Thomas University School of Law, Hugo worked for the United States' Small Business Administration before entering private practice.

Hugo is a member of the Florida Bar and of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

Hobel Florido graduated cum laude from Stetson University College of Law in 1998. As a member of his law school's American Bar Association Negotiation team he competed at the national level. Hobel received the highly coveted Cecil G. Bailey award for meritorious achievement and leadership capacity. Hobel also received his Masters in Business Administration from Stetson University.

Hobel is a member of the Florida Bar and of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida

Before going to law school, Hobel spent seven years working in the Information Technology field after graduating from University of South Florida in 1988 with a Bachelors in Management Information Technology.
